SITE VISIT / BUILDING SURVEY

Visit site, document accessible existing conditions by taking laser measurements, high quality photographs and collecting visible data required to produce accurate existing conditions drawings.

CAD DRAFTING - EXISTING CONDITIONS

Evaluate and input gathered field data into 2D CAD format. Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, exterior elevations and photo key plan based on survey data.

FIELD SURVEY REPORT

Organize field survey data gathered during site visit into one convenient and easily accessible document. All survey reports include photographs of existing site.

LEASE OUTLINE DRAWINGS

Develop a 2D CAD floor plan, including but not limited to location of walls, windows and doors, and square footages of surveyed space.

CAD DRAFTING

Provide 2D CAD drafting services utilizing the latest version of AutoCAD software. Whether residential, commercial, retail, restaurant or other, Benchmark Group, LLC is ready to discuss with you the drafting services that we can provide for your next project.
